Separate from the service fee
Flights, government permit and certification fees, veterinary visits and tests, the travel crate, third-party airport and destination charges, and ground transport are quoted separately where required.

Can I enquire before my date is confirmed?
Yes. An approximate date is enough to start discussing the move. Choose “Dates not decided yet” in the form if your plans are still taking shape.
Do you handle the destination side too?
Yes. Pet Express manages the relocation through travel and arrival, including the relevant destination arrangements. Your quotation will explain the scope for your move.
Can you help with more than one pet?
Yes. Include every pet in your enquiry so we can consider their requirements together. You can add different pet types in the form.
Do I need an airline booking or a crate first?
No. You can enquire before making those decisions. Tell us if you already have bookings or a crate so we can review them as part of the move.
What happens after I submit the form?
The team reviews your route, pets and intended timing, then contacts you to clarify any missing details and discuss the relocation plan and quotation.
